Orders are processed securely through Wix Payments (or PayPal). Your order is confirmed once payment has cleared. Muted Palette reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion.

4. Shipping

All artworks are carefully packaged and dispatched from the UK.
Delivery times vary depending on destination — typically:

EU: 5–10 business days
International: 7–14 business days

5. Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country. All artworks are clearly marked as Original Artwork – HS 9701 1000 – Country of Origin: UK to assist with smooth customs clearance.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact jo@mutedpalette.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

7. Damaged Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email photographs of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. A refund or replacement (where possible) will be arranged.
